Zoot Kochi Infopark – a premium business hotel is one of the first projects that Heiley undertook that grew out of a need for a premium business hotel in Kakkanad, Kochi. Our team identified the gap, did a detailed study and put together a team of hotel consultants and architects to design and build a premium business hotel.

The project was built by inviting investing in shares of the holding company starting with an amount equivalent to the owning of an undivided share of over 500 sq. ft. in a fully furnished and operational hotel.

We are happy to say that not only were we able to complete the project well within the promised time, but as a result of early handover the investors who joined hands with us on the project are earning excellent returns in the range of 10% to 15% YoY. The underlying value of each share has also doubled in this period (3 years).
